Returns & Refunds Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 7 days of dispatch
- Items must be in saleable condition
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged
- Original tags (where applicable) must be attached
- You must contact us prior to returning any item to obtain approval
Once a return has been approved, a store credit will be issued.
Please note:
- Sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty
- This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law
How to Return an Item
- Email us at hello@mrpotsy.com with your order details, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will issue a store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
Store credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. If you require an extension, please contact us at hello@mrpotsy.com.
Special Orders
Special order items include products that are custom-made, made-to-order, or sourced specifically upon request.
Please be advised that:
- Special orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once confirmed
- No refunds or store credits are available for special orders due to change of mind
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees.
