Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Mr Potsy website and in-store. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Mr Potsy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Descriptions

We take all reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only and colours may vary depending on your screen
• Measurements may vary slightly
• Many of our products are handmade or made from natural materials and may feature minor variations or imperfections

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Mr Potsy reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

If an error in pricing or product information occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order and provide a full refund.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Mr Potsy reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Special Orders

Special order items include products that are custom-made, made-to-order, or sourced specifically upon request.

By placing a special order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Special orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
• No exchanges or refunds are available on special orders
• Lead times provided are estimates only and may be subject to delays beyond our control

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.

Mr Potsy is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional fees may apply for redelivery due to incorrect information.

7. Click & Collect (If Applicable)

Orders placed for click & collect must be collected within the timeframe advised. Proof of purchase and identification may be required upon collection.

Uncollected orders may be cancelled at our discretion.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of purchase, provided items are:

• Unused
• In original condition and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Special order items
• Sale items (unless faulty)
• Gift cards

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Gift Cards & Store Credit

Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Expiry periods will be stated at the time of purchase.

12. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes must be used at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Unless stated otherwise, only one promotion may be used per order.

Mr Potsy reserves the right to withdraw promotions at any time.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Mr Potsy and may not be reproduced without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr Potsy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

15. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
